February Edition of SRCAR's REALTOR® Report Now Live

The Southwest Riverside County Association of Realtors has published its latest report.

The latest trends show strong growth of median prices across the region. The latest figures place median home prices 8% higher than last month and 22% higher than last year.

SRCAR is anticipating a defensive year when it comes to legislative battles as a number of bills targeting real estate have been introduced this legislative cycle.
