The median home price in Southwest Riverside County is up 3% from $600,000 to $615,000. Menifee's median home value is down to $578,990 from last month's $595,000, but still up 15.8% from June 2021.

While home sales have seen a decline, reliable lending standards are likely to prevent a crash.
