Margaret McCoy, broker of record for Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers (CBABR) and female-owned real estate business, opened its doors in 1989 celebrating 35 years in business which was initially situated in the Cherry Hills Plaza then known as Sun City. It is one of the oldest businesses, particularly real estate businesses, still open from 1989 to present in Menifee.

The company regularly, and generously gives back to the community with donations of food, supplies, clothing, toys, bikes, etc. CBABR has monetarily supported the Menifee Valley Community Cupboard, Domestic Violence Shelter, Rotary, Santa's Workshop, and other non-profits in the area. Coldwell Banker Associated Brokers Realty sustained all types of markets, keeping its doors open and serving clients no matter how strong or weak the market was, showing resilience and commitment to the community. CBABR has been a member of the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce since 1988 and huge supporter of the business community. They are here to stay AND they love Menifee!

Louie's Nursery story begins nearly 60 years ago, when Louie De La Torre opened the first Louie's Nursery in Corona, California. Since it's humble beginnings, Louie's has remained a family-built business, driven by our incredible employees and the supportive community that surrounds our nursery.

Menifee Union School District

The Menifee Union School District stands as a beacon of educational excellence and community engagement, tracing its origins back to the 1800s. As the first schoolhouse was constructed in 1883, the District's commitment to education and community involvement began its storied journey.

The District's rich legacy of community involvement spans generations. From its humble beginnings to its current status as a dynamic educational institution serving over 12,000 students, the Menifee Union School District has consistently upheld its commitment to nurturing not only the minds but also the spirits of its students and residents.

Motte Historical Museum

As one of the oldest pioneering families in the region, the Motte Family legacy lives on today through the Motte Historical Museum. Known today for its vintage car collection and historic artifacts detailing the history of the valley. The Museum commemorates how the valley has grown and changed, in hopes of encouraging the community to continually preserve, teach, and educate others about our local history.

The surrounding community began as "Romola Farms", developed by the Pacific Mutual Life Insurance Company in 1925. Small ranches of four to five acres were offered for the cultivation of fig trees. The area of Romoland was then voted in to be a part of the new City of Menifee on October 1, 2008.
