Each year the Menifee Valley Chamber of Commerce brings residents, business owners, and civic leaders together for the State of the City Address — a look at how far Menifee has come and where it's headed next.
This year's theme, Open for Business 2026, celebrates the grand openings, ribbon cuttings, and milestones that keep the community growing. The address is followed by a ticketed VIP reception with local vendors, networking, and recognition of the businesses shaping the city.
Whether you're a longtime Menifee business or new to the valley, this is the room to be in.

Vendor Information
The VIP Reception is an excellent opportunity to promote your business to residents and key stakeholders across the region. Vendors set up in the reception area at the Fairfield Inn & Suites, Menifee. Here's what's provided and what you'll need to bring.
What Will Be Provided
- Two (2) 6' tables and two (2) chairs
- Black tablecloth for vendor tables
- One (1) grease mat
Food & Beverages
- Light bites for 100 guests
- Disposable serveware, utensils & napkins as needed
- Food must be prepared offsite — no cooking onsite
- Warming apparatus must not require electricity (if serving warm food)
- Grease mats should cover ground where food/drink stains are a risk
Branded Materials
- Bring branded materials to display in your booth
- Flyers, brochures, and coupons are encouraged
- A great chance to reach residents & regional stakeholders
Set Up / Takedown
- Driving up to the VIP Reception area is not permitted
- Set-up may begin as early as 2:00 PM
- Be fully set up and ready by 4:00 PM
- Guests arrive at 5:00 PM
- Reception concludes at 6:30 PM
